I better start reading the novel! I've had a copy for years; I collect classic paperbacks whenever I can find them. I love a good period drama based on a classic!
Is that whatserface Keira?! I'm not a big fan of hers, but as I love LOVE this novel (but loathe War and Peace!) I'll be gagging to see the film! The clothes with be DIVINE! That hat alone is making me squeal a little.... I quite liked Sophie Marceau in the role,haven't seen anyone else do it...I think Greta Garbo has played the part?? Not sure who else.
O,and I'll give you my first born if you'll only get rid of that word verification thingy!! If you don't allow anonymous comments you shouldn't have any issues with spam etc.XXX
Oh yeah not a lot of people like her, think its the way she comes across in a lot of interviews perhaps? I have only seen Greta play her, but I adore Sophie Marceau so must watch that one. I think I have got rid of it, I didn't even know I had it, it is well annoying I know! xxx

DeleteI've had a copy of Anna Karenina for years, as well. Still haven't read it! I guess I need to now that there's going to be another movie.
DeleteA lot of people on tumblr were grumbling about Keira Knightly. I have rather mixed feelings about her, but I do usually enjoy the films she's in.
