Dance whilst the sky crashes down

Hello there how are we? have you had a nice weekend? Or did you blink and miss it like me? My weekend has been filled with mostly bike riding and eating too much. Oh and wandering round dressed as a Victorian child, wearing my sisters ridiculously heavy hair extensions. All though right now I want a bob, so very fickle.

The jacket was a purchase from the Vintage Village in Stockport bargain at £10, the dress is an old Topshop one, I want a long version. The shoes are new from New Look, lolz, been after a pair like these since my last pair cracked whilst walking too much in Berlin. Scarab necklace was a lovely gift from my boy. Oh and the coat was also £10 from Vintage Village, I always get lucky there.

This is not my sexy face, its I can't see because of the sun and I don't want my neighbours to see me posing in my garden like a nutter, just so you don't get confused.

Bat For Lashes - You're the train that crashed my heart

I adore Natasha Khan, and am very happy to see her new video for her upcoming album. Going to see her in October at Manchester Cathedral, CANNOT wait, never seen her perform, am going to cover myself in glitter and feathers and hope she becomes my best friend coz I look kool.

Melon-choly!

Hello there are petals, how the devil are you? Summer has kind of arrived in Blighty, how novel in July. This is what I wore to work today, somebody once said that I looked like a nurse wearing this, not sure whether that is a good thing. I have had this dress for a long time, it was from eBay it was ridiculously cheap and too big, I have altered it in my own special way (not very well). This bag was a charity shop find a number of years ago, it's a good size. The hummingbird brooch was a lovely birthday gift and the melon earring were a recent bargain from New Look.
Hope your week is full of fruit and sunshine.

I look ever so slightly deranged.

Frankenweenie

As if October couldn't be more fun with Halloween an all, Frankenweenie will be coming out, so excited for this! One of the characters is a homage to my beloved Vincent Price, can you spot him?

Style Icon: Lousie Bourgoin

I kinda fell in love with this gorgeous French actress ever since I saw The Extraordinary Adventures of Adele Blanc Sec. And her apparent addiction to Olympia Le Tan Book bags makes me want to be her best friend, as does her hair, and I have heard she is a nice person...

Swanning Around

Oh hello there, we have experienced something unknown today, sunshine, how novel in July?! My Mum got me this fantabulous swan ensemble for my birthday and this is the first time I have been able to wear it out. I wore it with my golden ponies mary janes and went to a food festival so they are now caked in mud!

I got the boater hat from Haworth last week, I have been pining for one some time, and finally found one big enough for my head harhar.  I have an exceptionally large head.

Also check out pictures of me outside for once, yeah I look like a ghost.

House Things

Well I keep going on Etsy in the hope that once I sell a kidney I can afford the below items.
