Style Icon: Joanna Newsom

What's not to love about a harpist who sounds like a combination of Rasputina and Fiona Apple - to me anyway. I am so smitten with her music and style and that hair, I need to plait my hair more.

  1. I read an interview a while back where Joanna spoke of her clothing choices. Apparently folks expect her to dress like a woodland fairy after hearing her music, but she likes contemporary fashion. Either way I'm a huge fan of her music and style. I've been lucky enough to see her perform - utterly enchanting!

  7. As undeniably engaging, fresh and beautiful as her ensembles are, it's her princess worthy tresses that I adore most about her look in these images. The braided styles in particular are so enchantingly pretty!
