London Bound

Hello petals, I am currently in bed with a horrific sore throat and hot sweats.. like you needed to know that. Any who, this weekend me and my lovely are going to the big smoke to celebrate his birthday. Now you London based readers out there, where should we go and what should we see?

On my list so far is Spitalfields Market and Abney Park Cemetery oh and Wachaca as we have a serious addiction to Mexican food!

  1. Oh my goodness, where to begin with the suggestions??? I can recommend the Munch exhibition at the Tate Modern (blog post review pendind!), and I've not been but the new tanks space there is supposed to be impressive. And the hydrangeas in the courtyard at the V&A are making that look even more wonderful than ever, I noticed last week...

The Victoria and Albert Museum is a must,as is oodles of shopping and pix for us!
I've heard so much about Spitalfields, and that's on my list when I hopefully come over next year.I wonder if Greenwich still has a market?? It used to be amaaaaaazing! I lived in Greenwich for 5 months, actually, and remember loving the place where Henry VIII was born....can't think what it's bloody called....gah..

  5. KEW GARDENS!! Just been there with my Mum today The weathers going to be amazing so it would be perfect. Or Greenwich as there's just so much to do there. Oh josh there's just so much. V&A for sure. Spitalfields is only Vintage on Thursdays so maybe head to Angel for Camden passage, there's a vintage Market on both days of the weekend and so many lovely Vintage shops there. Plus Angel ( especially Upper street) is full of amazing resturants. The Breakfast club ( in Camden Passage) is one of mine and Craig's faves, best burgers.
Hope you have a wonderful time honey. xxx
