Those who dream by day are cognisant of many things that escape those who dream only at night.

Hello there, how are you? Apologies for the lack of continuity in my posts but work is currently zapping all life out of me. However, enough of that sappery. On Sunday me the man and my niece and sister went to the fabulous Treacle Market in Macclesfield, it's filled with tasty fresh produce, vintage wares, music and enough adorable doggies in jumpers to have you grinning from ear to ear, despite the cold.

I got myself some second hand Edgar Allan Poe books, I have been yearning for the  Barnes and Noble version of his works but its too pricey, so when I saw this blood red cover I was as giddy as a kipper all for a simple donation to charity. The two vintage plates are just gorgeous, nothing matches in our kitchen, which is how we like it.

Also purchased this reproduction print and some fabulously lovely brooches from eBay, who knew I could get my mitts on a bat brooch?!

Have you found any delights of late?
